Group of six English sterling silver dinner forks with round handle end turned up. The set weighs a total of 12.51 troy ounces, and five of the forks measure 7 3/4 inches long and one almost 8 inches long. The five are marked on the back of the handle with the English hallmarks: the maker's mark "WE/WF", the lion, the crowned leopard's head, the date letter "d" (for 1819-20), and the duty mark. The longer fork is marked on the back of the handle with the English hallmarks: the lion, the crowned leopard's head, the date letter "M" (for 1807-08), the duty mark, and the maker's mark "TB". Likely monograms or crest engravings have been removed from the back of the handle ends.
There are very fine shallow surface scratches overall, and tiny nicks and scratches on the tines, and some tarnish on the tines, otherwise in good antique condition.
