Century solid sterling silver patch box of the usual form.

It has decoration to the cover base and sides - please see the photos. To the centre of the cover there is a fancy shield shaped cartouche, which is blank. There are no monograms, etc of any kind.

This delightful little piece of silver is highly collectable as it dates from. Century in the later middle part of the long reign of George III (1760 to 1820), hallmarked Birmingham 1794. It was crafted by maker,'I T', which I have not been able to definitively identify. It is in good a.

Ntique condition, especially considering it is over 225 years old. You can imagine what a super addition it would be to your collection - a great investment! The hallmarks are crisp and clear. It 2.7cm in diameter; 0.6cm in height and weighs 5.4g.
