The assay office is London as seen in the second to last photo, with date letter'm' indicating the year 1747. The makers mark is partialy visible but belongs to Richard Gurney and Thomas Cook.The R G runs from left to right and usually the T C runs from top to bottom but only the T is visible. Please search for the Gurney and Cook makers mark to compare it to the one on the tankard to convince yourself that they are indeed the makers of this tankard.
