Two pint engraved silver tankard Date : Hallmarked in London for Louis Black 1764 Period : George III Origin : London England Decoration : Engraved with "To Konrad von Kottwitz with great esteem and affection from his friends at Willis Faber and Dumas" this is a later addition. Willis Faber merged with Dumas & Wylie in 1928 so this is the earliest date for the engraving Size : 21cm height Condition : Good, one small ding to the crown of the lid Restoration : None Weight : 764 grams, 24.5 Ozt. They are still collecting premia from their Norman Foster designed HQ in Ipswich.
