Sterling silver Georgian candlestick 564grms England 1826 Roccoco
A sterling silver single Georgian candle stick - a candlestick in a Rococo Revival style with heavily moulded details and original matching nozzle - both nozzle and base engraved with a crest of a set of arrows - a fine example of the period and beautiful three dimensional detail. Marked for John Watson of Sheffield 1826 - total weight = 564grms (NB the weight includes a metal insert in the base) - overall dimensions 218mm x 118mm - 1826 England. Very good condition with light surface scratches from normal use to the silver.
The only damage I can find is one small nick to the rim of the holder as shown in the photographs for accuracy. Please refer to the photos as they form an integral part of the description.
